Upload your donations list. We check every line against HMRC's Gift Aid schedule rules and give you rows ready to paste into HMRC's Charities Online spreadsheet. It all runs in your browser: donor details never leave your computer.
One row per donation, with the donor's name, house name or number, postcode, date and amount. Columns for aggregated donations, sponsored events or overseas donors are optional. Only include donors who have made a valid Gift Aid declaration. Try sample data.
How to use: download HMRC's schedule spreadsheet (gov.uk, "Gift Aid schedule spreadsheets to claim back tax on donations"), click the first Title cell of the donations table, and paste. Enter the earliest donation date shown above in the box at the top of the template. Save as .ods and upload it in Charities Online.
A checker, not tax advice. It can't tell whether each donor's Gift Aid declaration is valid. Rules taken from HMRC's schedule template notes and the gov.uk guidance (last updated 28 November 2025).
